So, a house is selected, and the application is made for you by our Italian partner, and they complete all the necessary administration on your behalf. They can also liaise with local artisans to deliver a fully renovated property within the time scales permitted by the commune. Post completion of the renovation our partner can also help you with utility services, maintenance and rental agencies, if you plan to rent the property out.
