The location is in the triangle of the three important Apulian towns; Ostuni, Cisternino and Martina Franca and this is prime Valley D’Itria, wide valleys and scattered trulli properties.

To famous Ostuni, the ‘Citta Bianca’ is 17 km and the old town offers several trattorias and amazing panoramic views to the Adriatic Sea.
All towns have a weekly market day.The property is located approximately 50 minutes from Brindisi Airport. To Bari airport approximately 1,5 hours.The property is also close to the town of Locorotondo for all shopping needs, cafes and restaurants as well as actually being in to the famous d’Itria valley and world famous trullo houses in beautiful surroundings. The drive to the beaches on the Adriatic coast is approximately 30 minutes with VillaNova, Rosa marina, Torre Canne and the nearby Capitolo, famous for its fine sandy beaches, restaurants and beach clubs.
