– Couch in front of tv stand furniture ( possibility of adding a TV if needed)
– Working desk with Screen stand and customized with places to pass and store cables and built-in powerstrip, desk size is 160 cms
– Lounge area with chairs and small table near the balcony (can be changed for a small GYM with bike and weight lift bench by request)
– Small balcony

Kitchen:
– fully furnished with Fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, dishwashing machine, cutlery, dishes, cups, pans, cleaning material, …

– Place for 1 bike at a stand inside the building at ground level
– There is a spacious hallway/corridor connection all divisions there is no communication between divisions
– Apartment is in a 3rd floor and building does not have an elevator

– Location is in Rua Damasceno Monteiro, it’s located near the Market where Junta de freguesia de Arroios is
– Metro station is 5 minutes away by foot
– There are plenty of work venues and workspaces in the street itself where for example is coffee curva where you can see digital nomads hanging out/working inside during the day
– There are 2 super markets less than 5 minutes away a Lidl and a small Auchan
– Plenty of coffees, restaurants, bars nearby.
– If you go up the street you will be in Largo da Graça and you have a short connection to mirador nossa Senhora do Monte
– The area is safe you can see movement at almost all hours, there is police station less than 10 mins away
– The population is a mix of locals and foreigners, the neighbors both to left and right of the apartment are French and Italian, and in the building lives some Portuguese families as well.
