Apartment is in the Antico Borgo Casalappi, an authentic ancient stone village dating from 900 completely and carefully restored to preserve its warmth and its characteristics. It was part of the adjacent castle and it sits on a pleasantly breezy hill overlooking the sea in the Tuscany countryside between the Maremma and the Etruscan Coast, close to gorgeous beaches of San Vincenzo and Follonica.

It was renovated in a warm Tuscan style, with a characteristic exposed stone farmhouse, open ceiling beams and rafters, handmade terracotta tiles. The village is about 5 km from the nearest village, equipped with all services; 10 km from the fantastic beaches of the Sterpaia Natural Park; 9 km from the Venturina train station; 90 km from Pisa airport.

The apartment is in the east site of the borgo with a direct walking access from the white road and with an amazing view on the olive-groves and vineyards.

On the outside it is presented with exposed stones while inside the apartment is finished in typical Tuscan style with the original beams and floors in terracotta.The access is from a large private garden equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue.

From the garden you access into a large open space (40 smt) with kitchenette, dining and living room. The high ceiling (5,5 mt) and the large patio glass door provide light and space into the large open space. On the ground floor there is also a small utility room and a large bathroom a shower, WC and bidet.

A sweeping iron staircase leads to the first floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. Each of the rooms has ceilings of wooden beams and terracotta tiles, as well as original shelving alcoves built into the wall. The twin bedroom has a gorgeouse view on the vineyard up to the see, making it light and airy in the summer. The double room is large and comfortable.
