AZO is a private condominium located in Cascais, in a peaceful area with vast green spaces, very close to the town center. It presents itself as a retreat, recreating an atmosphere of peace and leisure where the apartments prioritize natural light, open views, and generous outdoor spaces with large balconies and terraces.

The project features 18 apartments harmoniously distributed across 4 independent buildings. The typologies range from T1 to T4, including duplex options, with areas ranging from 72 m² to 191 m².

The award-winning architecture firm OTO drew inspiration from the classic and eclectic architecture of the Cascais coastline between 1910 and 1950. AZO integrates the expressiveness of the single-family homes in the region, positioning itself as a contemporary residential project. The use of natural light, open views, and spacious terraces were essential in the design, offering a sense of continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
