The Garden

The Location
The property is in an exceptional position: in the open countryside, surrounded by quiet nature, and with the village of Appignano at only 4 kms away. For this reason, the house is perfect for those who wish a large house with plenty of outdoor space, without sacrificing the comforts of a city life.
Appignano is a typical medieval Marche town: quiet, friendly, but not too small. Everyday life is pleasant here, because it flows slowly, but if you want, you can always have something to do, thanks to the numerous events, sports facilities, typical restaurants and bars where you can stop for a spritz with friends.
If you are a nature lover, from here it is easy and fast to reach Monte San Vicino, the Canfaito beech forest (approx. 35 Kms) but also the Sibillini Mountains Park is not too far away. And for a day of escape to the beach: in 30 minutes by car you are on the coast and can take a dip in the waters of the Adriatic Sea.
