La Peruse – This was orginally a bar/restaurant in the centre of village with a stunning terrasse and garden with a stone wall, and attached barn with garage/cave and workshop within the barn. All the facilites are there to continue a business, maybe a shop with food facilites
or a small bed and breakfast or it could just be a family home. The house on the groundfloor has a large bar area with two entrances, fireplace, bar with the separate wc, and access to upstairs.
