Elegant villa with sea views on the Golden Mile, in the private and gated community of Marbella Hill Club, in the upper area of Marbella. Access to the house is through a gate common to three villas, which makes it even more private.
In the small square leading to the house, there is an individual covered parking space for one car. Once through the main entrance, there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a living/dining room. From here, we go up to the upper floor where we find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with sauna, a dressing room and a terrace with views to the South and the Sea.
