The property is located within the Parco Nazionale dolaphenine Tosco Emiliano, in the heart of the Apennine Reggiano mountains, only 30 Km away from Apennine Parmense (passo del Lagastrello). The property enjoys magnificent panoramic views of the Appenines and the Bismantova plateau.
