All these features make the land ideal for the types of crops present (but not only these), and ensure high quality fruit. Over the past 10 years no chemical fertilizer has been used.

Among the strengths of our land is the splendid panoramic view it offers. The panorama stretches from the famous Sleeping Giant (Gran Sasso Mountain) to Majella, also offering a glimpse of the majestic Castello Chiola in Loreto Aprutino.

The farm is located along the road that connects Loreto Aprutino with Penne.
The town, rich in churches and interesting architectural and artistic elements, such as the Church of Santa Maria in Piano, originated in the early Middle Ages on the hill which was then covered with laurels and is now crossed by Via del Baio, linking the Castello Chiola with Abbey of San Pietro.

The landscape of the old town, as you can see from the photo above, is remarkable for its beauty and uniqueness, attracting thousands of Italian and foreign tourists every year.

The land is at an altitude of 250 m and is situated midway between the Adriatic Sea and the mountains, less than 20 km from Pescara (the nearest seaside) and from the main and most picturesque mountain chain of Apennines, Gran Sasso (for ski lovers).
