The village Castelluzzo extends over a valley sheltered by a ring of beautiful mountains (the highest being Mount Sparagio, 1110 m. asl). The valley is gently sloping towards North and the coast and the Tirrenian sea and is almost entirely covered by olive groves. The climate is mild and pleasant.

The Plot
The plot is located in Via Loria, 150 meters downhill of the intersection with the Provincial Route N.16 for San Vito Lo Capo and at 1600 meters to the sea coast. The site is well connected with public mains, but enjoys autonomy and privacy.
Fertile flat terrain at an altitude of 50 m. above sea level. Soil of calcareous origin, rich in iron oxides (red soil), with thin layers of gravel. The substrate consists of coherent limestone, home to water reservoir (wt = -50 m.). There is a borehole on the plot, with a cistern for collecting about 50 mc. An automatic irrigation system is active. The land is fenced with 1,2 m-high wall and a 1,5 m-high net (total 2.7 m-high enclosure).

The total area of the plot is 3,550 square meters, of which approximately 1,000 permitted for building. There is an old building (not habitable, 132 sq m) which can be demolished and legally rebuilt with extension in any position within the plot. On the building area is also possible to build about 900 cubic meters of apartment buildings or any kind of residential buildings.

The plot is occupied by an orchard, rich of mediterranean species in full production. A few sub-tropical species are also present, and open space will allow planting new species. A number of olive trees produce yearly about 50 liters of Extra Virgin oil. The quantity is going to increase, as many young trees grow older.
