Mark Shortland

Sales Director

Mark started his career in financial services in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market. He then worked a further 20+ years with an Anglo-Dutch/American insurance and investment group in various sales and management roles.

After leaving the UK Mark spent several years living and working in Hong Kong with an international investment group. Following this he lived and worked in Guernsey, Channel Islands for 3 years developing relationships with private banks in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Since 2012 Mark has been the CEO of a boutique management consultancy practise providing services to private/international banks, family offices and property investment companies.

Working with clients in the property sector and having been an expatriate since 2006 lead Mark to his next role as Sales Director with Europe Properties Limited. His passion is helping like minded expatriates find their ideal property in some of the most desirable countries in Europe including but not limited to France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece.

In his spare time Mark likes spending quality time with his family enjoying out-door activities including hiking, cycling, swimming, camping and paddle-boarding.

Nikki Grey

Director

Nikki Grey has over 10 years’ experience as a real estate agent and coach in France. She has enjoyed a successful career helping clients find & purchase their dream home plus supporting agents, combined with over 15 years experience in IT systems.

Hobbies include: keep-fit, walking, and travelling Europe in motorhome.

Paul Conway

Finance Director

Paul’s has 30 years of experience in banking, finance, and accountancy. Hobbies include scuba diving and martial arts, and the current life challenge is trying to keep up with five very active grand kids.

Tina Conway

After leaving the Banking and Finance sectors in 2010, I started on a new path in property, which allowed me a more flexible lifestyle. Along with my husband, I have invested in properties in the UK, Spain, France and Northern Cyprus. I also have experience in managing properties through my own property Management Company and managing Airbnb rentals for our European properties. Given the right circumstances, I believe that property remains one of the best wealth creating opportunities, whilst facilitating a more flexible lifestyle.
