Skylight Venture Group was incorporated by Cliff, Oliver & Callum. After many months of the trio discussing business opportunities, it was clear to see that there was a market for assisting international investors with purchasing property in overseas beachfront destinations such as Cyprus and with over a combined total of 30 years of experience in different areas within the property market, it was a decision that did not need much thought.
Since then SVG has seen tremendous growth, with expansion into Romania, London, Russia and Kazakhstan. In addition, SVG has established a fully integrated management company called Skylight Holidays, which provides full hands-off management and rental service for clients’ properties, enabling SVG property owners to benefit from a streamlined hassle-free property investment. SVG has provided their clients with an average of 8% NET income per annum which they can only see growing year on year.
SVG has assisted over 1,500 investors from around the world in safely purchasing real estate, for investment, retirement and holiday home.
