Clare Rogers presents a beautiful character home situated in a Vienne village, featuring four bedrooms, a large attached barn, and an expansive garden with a two-car garage.
Steeped in history and charm, the residence boasts original wooden beams and flooring.
It features a private gated entrance leading to the garden, along with access to a wood store and the garage; the garage is also accessible from the road via double doors.
The house includes an entrance hall with the original staircase, a living room with a flexible area (ideal for a dining room or office) and a fireplace, as well as a large room currently set up as a billiards room complete with a bar and fireplace.
There is also a fitted kitchen (with a dining/breakfast bar area) and a large utility room.
Upstairs, a spacious landing leads to three double bedrooms: one has an en-suite shower room, while a separate shower room serves the other two bedrooms.
This property once housed a popular café, and the barn was used for a sunflower oil production business.
The attached barn comprises several spaces, including a former cow stable and a vast main area featuring a fireplace and orginal wooden equipment from the sunflower business.
This barn could be converted to make another house.
Outside in front of the house is a grassed area which is fenced and then there is another garden area which has a well and used as a vegatable patch.
The roof has been changed, on main drains, double glazing.
Close to Mezzaire sur Issoire, Bussiere Poitevine, Bellac and Confolens with all amenities.
Schools near to the property, Limoges airport around an hour.
Great family home or holiday home.
