It is a project under construction in Nikiti, Halkidiki. It is a complex of six autonomous residences (villas) with their own front yards within the city plan. The permit is active, and the project is in an advanced stage. The plot is in a central location in Nikiti but at the same time quiet. It is a corner lot with access from two roads, has an area of 1,150 sqm, and is surrounded by new residences and complexes. The total built-up area is 1,095 sqm, and the distance from the sea is 350m. Each residence consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic and is spacious with a sea view. Additionally, there is the possibility to construct a swimming pool for each residence separately, as it is included in the building permit. The residences are independent of each other. Four of the six residences have plumbing, electrical installations, air conditioning installation, poured reinforced concrete, windows, roofs, have been plastered, and have external thermal insulation except for the final coating. Two of the six have completed masonry and roofs.
