Located in the commune of Buzet-sur-Baïse, near Nérac and Damazan, at the end of a path, this 19th-century stone house opens onto the surrounding countryside.

From the entrance, the tone is set: exposed beams, old materials, and generous volumes create a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The kitchen, with its granite island, is organized as a true living space. It is complemented by a dining room decorated with period cement tiles and a more subdued living room with a wood stove.

The house features six bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, as well as an office and several additional spaces. Upstairs, a mezzanine provides extra space.

The guesthouse, converted from the old barn, has retained its character with exposed beams and spacious volumes. It includes a large living area with an open kitchen and two bedrooms.

Outside, the wooded park hosts a pool, a pool house with summer kitchen, and various areas to enjoy the fine days. An independent garage completes the property.
