The house has many original features including 19th-century plasterwork, exposed beams and stone walls. It has been well renovated and is ideal for family and friends to get together in comfort, with five large living-rooms, three of them equipped with cosy log burners. Each of the seven good-sized bedrooms has its own shower-room/WC or bathroom/WC.

The house is a single, fully interconnecting whole, but two areas within it have in the past been rented out as 4-star tourist accommodation.

Outside there is a swimming pool with an adjacent covered terrace, and an open-fronted games room. The former farmyard is now a very private courtyard garden with mature planting.

The main house faces south and has fine views across the Cérou Valley towards the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees.
Monestiés, one of ‘les plus beaux villages de France’, is only 2 miles away and has shops, restaurants and a lively summer evening market. The airport at Toulouse is 80 minutes away.
