1. PURPOSE

The parties hereby form a partnership whereby Europe Properties will market property listings of the Agent/Seller in return for a paid advertising fee.

2. TERM

The partnership shall have a fixed duration of 3 or 6 months.

3. FEE

The Agent/Seller agrees to pay Europe Properties a determined fee for advertising their listings.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENT/SELLER
The Agency/Seller agrees to:

(i) treat all clients introduced by Europe Properties in a professional and respectful manner.
(ii) provide Europe Properties with a Primary point of contact.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF EUROPE PROPERTIES
Europe Properties agrees to:

(i) introduce to the Agent/Seller full details of client enquiries via their portal and social media.
(ii) register all enquiries in writing by email to their Primary contact.

6. DATA

The Europe Properties commits to respect all applicable data protection rules and regulations, in particular when collecting personal data of any third parties or clients through its website.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Europe Properties shall not, except as authorised by the Agent/Seller, use for its’ own benefit or gain or divulge to any persons, firm, company or other organisation whatsoever any confidential information belonging to the Agent/Seller or relating to its affairs or dealings which may come to the knowledge of the Partner whilst the agreement is valid. All records, documents and other papers considered as confidential, together with any copies or extracts thereof, shall be the property of the Agent/Seller.
