Europe Properties is an internet-based property portal providing searchable listings for sale or rent in many European destinations.

Question. I am already listing my property elsewhere, can I still advertise with Europe Properties?

You need to check with your Agent if your listing is ‘an Exclusive mandate’, we do invite agents to contact us if you or they wish to market with Europe Properties. Otherwise, anyone can advertise.

Question. How do I list my property on Europe Properties?

Simply Register and Login to your profile page, select a package then “Submit New Property” and start creating your advert.

Question. How long does it take for my listing to go live?

Pending approval your advert will be made live immediately. If there is a delay please email us: office@europe.properties

Question. How many photos can I upload with my advert?

We recommend upto 15 photos for each listing for maximum visibility and interest from potential buyers. If you have problems with uploading high-resolution pictures, please re-size your photos without affecting the quality of them e.g. FastStone Photo Resizer.

Question. How long does it take to add a property?

It only takes a few minutes to list a property on Europe Properties.

Question. What’s included in a Listing?

You will have a full-page advert including photos, price, description, location, property features and a virtual tour link. An Enquiry form where clients will be passed directly to you.
Upload, edit and manage your Property Listing(s) in Real Time. A view & enquiry count for each property listing.
Add your Name or Company details, Email, Telephone number, upload your Company Logo and add links to your Website and Social Media accounts.

Question. How do I pay for my listing?

We accept payment by all major Debit or Credit Cards via our secure Stripe interface or an Invoice can be emailed to you for a bank transfer, upon request.

Question. Do I have to pay a commission?

We do not take commissions on the sale of your properties for pre-paid advertisement however Europe Properties do invite other commission-based collaborations for developers and estate agents. Contact us for further details.
