As the generation known as ‘millennials’ age and have families of their own they’re turning to estate planning. As this is a generation who have matured squarely in the information age, they’re also more likely to hold digital assets, so we need to start looking at how to deal with these. Unfortunately, there is a dearth of law in the UK covering the succession of digital assets.
